Have you read John Jakes series of books, beginning with The Bastard, the second is The Rebels, then The Seekers. I forget how many books in the series, but they are multigenerational and follow one family through a time period spanning the growth of America.
B. L. Blankenship's - "God Walks The Dark Hills: Book I & II" is a brand-new Civil War era Western Horror dual novel that deals with both the supernatural and natural. It has a lot of explicit content."https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5..."
Hello, I just found The Wild West group. Is this a group for wild west fiction, nonfiction, or both? I write historical mystery novels set in El Paso, Texas, in 1911 during the Mexican Revolution. I hope it is appropriate to introduce myself here. I better ask if it is ok to post my website. Send me a friend request if any group members would like another Wild West friend. Every one stay safe.

So, ive been here on goodreads for quite sometime. My favorite author is James Michener. I love long multi-generational books my favorite being "Centennial' and "Chesapeake", since the tv show Barkkskins came on and i binged that in 2 days, it did not get green lit for a second season so i will be starting that soon!
But, my question is if anyone else can hewklp me finding a list or any decent multi-generational books, specifically Western related...,ornot.
Thank-you ahead of time for any recommendations.
have a good day
