What can one do in this group?

This second question is a separate question. How many times have there been attempts of promotion of piracy in this group?

We are neither in favour of piracy nor promote it.
Most of the time it is an open source knowledge available on internet.

Further to that, what ever posted by members are there own and we don't endorse any of it.

Know this Srujan, I was probably here when this group had less than 15 members. And I have been a friend for a while and have helped you many times too. So when I point out the ill deed for the second time. This time too done by the same mod. I am getting personal messages and warnings/recommendations about leaving. This is how you do things?

Side Point: Adela sent that message. So ask her about what she wrote. And If you want me to leave I would not mind.

Another Side Point: You should not say that it is open source knowledge. It is piracy. Openly condemn it if you can. But do not claim it to a good thing.

This message is actually an extremely old one. I did not know about the piracy then. But I just wanted to remind you that no post or page was created where one could talk about the elected BOTMs. So do create that.

I, as a member of this group (and I'm sure many others with me), would appreciate if you stopped spreading misinformation. Internet Archive is perfectly legal, and maybe you should do a quick Google search before condemning something that you know nothing about.

This is an official request to all mods except Adela: Remove Adela's mod status immediately. Her personal messages and group messages towards me included personal attacks. And she threatened to remove me from the group. She gave me an official warning. And has made several requests for my removal. You can see the discussions here and here. Make your judgement and other things. It is your job, is it not that someone does not personally attack others? And does a mod who abused the power not deserve to be evicted (or any other official term) from the office?

I had no idea any of this was happening. The Internet Archive is a non-profit organization dedicated to making books available to everyone. I would never intentionally promote piracy, and I am very sorry about all of this. As far as I’m concerned, the Archive has been using proper copyright notices and stuff like that. However, as with everything on the internet, there should be some amount of user discretion as some things escape the Organization’s notice, such as files uploaded by members.

Is there a place in this group for us to put links to our blogs? I'm new here, so I apologize if this has already been asked.
