I totally agree, I feel like it IS a little overrated. I haven't read One of Us Is Next yet. Have you?
I've read Two Can Keep a Secret which I really really liked, should I read The Cousins though, or any other books by her?

I liked One of Us is Lying and One of Us is Next, but both books are very predictable. And I didn't like the ending of the first one, after reading I felt like I lost my time trying to discover the murderer.

You should read and then there were none! It's a bunch of people trapped on an island together and they start dying and so you have to try to figure out which one of them is killing everyone else! it's so good!
