Caz May (cazmay) | 37 comments Hi,
I would like the following changed.
PDDU This book changed to Always Only You series #7 instead of #6.5

And this SWM added to the Always Only You series as #6.5

Thank you in advance. Please let me know if there are any issues.
Caz

Caz May (cazmay) | 37 comments No both of these are future books of the series which I have not written yet. I do not know how long they will be. I only want the series book numbers fixed up and nothing else changed.

Caz May (cazmay) | 37 comments This is to be added to Caz May Always Only You Series and the series number changed as above if this was not clear initially.
I will add (as the author) all other things when I know the details.

Duplicate request has been removed. To avoid confusion, please only post requests once. If a day or two have gone by with no reply, it's fine to bump your request up by responding to your own thread. Goodreads Librarians are volunteers, and some requests may take some time to get a reply.

Caz May (cazmay) | 37 comments Thank you for replying. And yes I understand all of your points and I only reposted it to make sure it was clear. I did respond a few days later as you can see but still nothing has been done.
I hope you can understand that’s very frustrating from my point of view. I understand that librarians are volunteers but asking an irrelevant question and then not following up afterwards isn’t very courteous.
This has been sitting for a month now with no follow up, hence why I reposted it.

It is not irrelevant. Page count decides whether a book should be added as a primary part of the series (whole number) or as a novella (with integer). Since you cannot answer this question and the books have not even been written yet, it seems rather like a waste of librarian time to make these changes so far ahead.

Caz May (cazmay) | 37 comments Thank you for your response. As the author of these books I think it’s a fair call for me to say whether I believe they should be classified as in my series. The one I would like added as 6.5 will be a novella and it fits in between book 6 and the current 6.5 which will be longer and I would like it updated to be book 7.
I understand all the rules etc about novellas and page numbers. But in this case that’s not the reason for the numbering of the series. I don’t mean to sound rude but I’m frustrated that this wasn’t followed up with and no reason was given for requesting the page numbers in the first place.

Which you could have done by posting again in this thread.

I was honestly not aware of this. So I appreciate you informing me of this for the future.
I would have also as I've mentioned now, a little bit more clarification from the original librarian about the need for page numbers. I would like this updated now so my readers of the series know in advance what books are part of the series.
