done (put 213 because of worldcat and librarian manual says to "list the number on the last page with countable content")
Updated page count to 215 because we count the pages even if they aren't numbered.For future reference Steve, I used 215 not 214 because page 215 is an 'About the author' page which is included in the page count on GR.
