This is where Leaders and Medicine Cats go to share tounges with StarClan, and Medicine Cats gather every half moon.

(I like the idea that certain clans are closer to one then the other. Like Thunder and shadow are closer to the moon stone, while River and Wind are closer to the moon pool. This would also mean med-cats go to a different local every half moon. IDK I just thought it would be cool to do that.)
