units of measurement? Could be time, distance, etc. e.g. mile, pound, year, days of the week, hour, etc...

Or family member designations. I have a ton of those. Son, mother, wife, husband, daughter, etc.

Cowboy, Dead, is,

Prepositions could also be good. There are so many, though.

Three that came to mind right away were months (January, February, etc, but maybe also the word "month" itself); gemstones (maybe also including gold, silver, etc); and fruits!

Species of animals (tiger, hawk, mouse, etc). - Books with "you" and/or "me" in the title. - Books with life/live, birth/born, death/die, etc in the title.

I second the idea of Royal words - King, Queen, Princess, Prince, Throne etc...

Animals - wolves, dragons, serpent ect...

Water related words - water, sea, river, tide, ships ect...
