2015: The Year of Reading Women discussion

Bae Suah's "Nowhere to Be Found" is coming out from AmazonCrossing in April, and I highly, highly recommend it. I'm hoping to publish more of Bae's work at Open Letter in the coming years, but in the meantime, this is definitely worth getting lost in. It's a very short book--only 59 pages--but tight, unsettling in all the right ways, and somewhat haunting. Highly recommend! And now I'm going to read one of her unpublished manuscripts . . . This is the real joy of publishing.

This one looks very promising.

It's remarkably good. I read it in one sitting, literally. She's the best. And the things she pulls off in here are incredible. Brilliant writer and she needs more books in English!
