Basically all the non mods try to count to 100, while the mods try to get to -100. So one person (non mod) will say 1 and the next non mod would say 2 and so on, but the mods count down. So if a non mod said 0, a mod would say -1. GET IT? Oh yeah. You can only post once until someone else posts after you.

The mods are trying to counter the numbers and get the count to -100 while the non mods are trying to get to 100.
