Peter david brings the new frontier back :)

It's either raining bathtubs here or too hot to be outside, so I am indulging in escapist lit. I am on book 7 of the Star Trek: New Frontier Series and intend to read all 18 published so far.

What fun! No thinking required ;-)

I started this series this week. Can't say I'm attached to all of the crew, I like some, I dislike some. But I am having trouble putting it down. I picked up the combined books 1-4 in one cover, and I was half done without trying! Will probably finish it tonight, undecided if I will read more.

I want to read this series but there are so many trek books to reeeaaaad .

Nice to hear Peter David is bringing this back.

Uneven, but fun and interesting experiment to him build a Trek franchise from the ground up.
