SOLVED: Adult Fiction > SOLVED. Pretty sure it's a YA fantasy - Girl looking for a criminals help, he knows she's looking for him so follows her for a few days, when it's time to meet she thinks he won't show up and when she turns around he's suddenly there. [s]

Meagan (meaganvin) | 7 comments All I can remember about this book is that I found it when I was looking for books similar to Six of Crows and the only scene I can really remember is that this girl is looking for a notorious criminal to help her with somthing and she tries to track him down and left him a clue to meet her somewhere (I think it was on top of a building or bell tower??) and she doesn't think he'll show up and then she turns around and he's there.

Kate (Feathered Turtle Press Reviews) (stargazer401) | 257 comments The Orphan Queen had a girl meeting with a certain criminal occasionally. It's been a few years so I can't speak for that specific scene, though.

Asia | Adventures with Asia Minor (booknerd117) | 210 comments In The Young Elites by Marie Lu, the girl is looking for a notorious criminal who has never been caught.

If this isn't it, do you remember any other details? Names? Time period? Setting?

**EDIT: It's not The Young Elites; I meant Legend by Marie Lu, as Shirley said (in Message 7). Oops! Messed up my Marie Lu books! Sorry, lol! :)**

Meagan (meaganvin) | 7 comments It's not either of those, thank you for the suggestions though! Ahhh, I think the only other things I remember are he knows that she was looking for him so he followed her a few days before meeting her and after he agrees to help her she goes on runs with him.

I know it's not much, I'm sorry!

Meagan, that's a good start. You must copy more plot details from your message #1 to the topic header/title, so someone could recognize your book from that description alone. Many members only read the headers.
-- What makes this a fantasy novel?
-- How old is the girl? Is this book for teens or adults?

Click the small "edit" link after the topic header. This only works on the full Desktop website - not the Mobile website or app. (On the Mobile website, there's a "Desktop version" link at the bottom of the page.)
