▸ as per any group, there are a few rules you must follow! please be sure to read them carefully, and feel free to ask questions if you are confused!

literacy considering this is an semi-advanced roleplay group, i suggest writing at least two paragraph long replies! however, i will not monitor your roleplays, and if your partner is okay with a singular paragraph, i'm not going to stop you. keep in mind that many roleplayers on goodreads prefer lots of information to keep things interesting, including myself. therefore, your partner has complete permission to request you to rewrite a reply if they think it isn't up to par. also, please pay attention to your grammar!

godmodding none of us can consider ourselves gods in real life, so please don't think you are one during roleplay when considering the characters of others! do what you will to your own characters, but leave the actions of others up to their writers.

activity one roleplay reply a week is suggested to continue your activity in the roleplay. anyone who has become inactive will have any characters of theirs placed in an inactive characters thread, and any/all faceclaims will be opened up to public use. i understand that everyone has a life outside goodreads; i do as well. but once a week isn't asking too much out of everyone!

respect drama is what we crave when it comes to roleplaying, but let's keep it to a bare minimum in our everyday lives. i won't tolerate any bullying of any sort; one strike of my system and you will be booted from the group. please, please, please- i'm not asking for political correctness here- just be aware of everyone when you type on your keyboard.

the story while i absolutely do not require anyone to have watched atla before joining this group (though you should; it's completely amazing!), i do expect you to perhaps do some research on your own to become familiar with the concepts and ideals on the world of atla! i have already created threads on each nation and their customs, as well as provided links to multiple sources in case you wanted to do some reading on your own! i will try and answer any and every question you have, no hesitation! but please do not assume anything or create something new if it already has a platform in the canon!
