I just received this book, and after reading the first chapter, I already want to discuss it with someone. The author is using thought patterns on college campuses, but I see evidence of these thought patterns on our own corporate campus as well today.

I think that's why this book personally resonates with me so much; this is a book anyone can benefit from regardless if you're on a college campus or not, promoting ideas from CBT and awareness of our cognitive biases which we ALL are prone to.
