which cover do you have?

ME TOOOO ugh it was just so great

*minor spoilers for rest of the seires*
No. Lucien is even more messed up then Feyre is. He was emotionally abused and physically for years by his father and brothers, got his lover killed in front of him, probably was slightly manipulated by tamlin in a way, got his eye carved out, and on top of it all he has very little support until ACOFAS (even then jurian and Vassa aren’t perhaps the best help). He was struggling on his own and while he could have tried to help you can see why he couldn’t and he still is struggling. Then there’s the fact that Feyre is happy and can see he is struggling (she isn’t dumb) yet she chooses not to help when she has resources and is stable . She doesn’t properly include him. So at the end of the day I would argue he wasn’t doing m the wrong but atm Feyre is

If you haven’t finished the series though and can’t read that I’ll just say no. He was suffering on his own and still is

He was doing what he was told would be best. He believed Rhys to be the big bad. He was scared for Feyre, too, because of what he’d been told/seen.
I happen to still absolutely love Lucien and I hope that he can finally settle in and have the happiness he deserves 😭

Yeah I totally love him. Even in ACOTAR I liked him a lot more then Tamlin.
He just needs to stop putting up with everyone else's BS.

I agree but I feel Feyre isn’t doing everything she could? Bc I can tell Lucien is at a breaking point and will just break soon and I feel she should notice this and try to help but idk. No or. Besides Feyre really likes Lucien in the IC and he obviously doesn’t feel loved bc his own mate avoids him at all costs.
I hate Elian. Not only do I just dislike her as a character but the fact she won’t do the good thing in the situation (isn’t she supposed to be nice?) and talk to Lucien is very low of her

Elain stans claiming she’s the kindest when she literally treats Lucien like trash….. we all know Feyre is the kindest pls

I agree! If the next book is Elian’s then I think they’ll need a Lucien and as POV, so if we get a Lucien POV then more vassa and jurian!!

The interesting thing I can see happening in the Azriel/Elain/Lucien triangle is that Elain has her own mating bond which clicks into place with Azriel. She's Cauldron made after all. The rules don't have to apply to her. I don't know why but I think it would make for an incredibly interesting twist.
I think the IC actually does care for Lucien but they aren't going to fluff him. They want him to come to terms with where he fits himself in the same way they did with Feyre. It's always about choice. Lucien has to make his choice; right now he doesn't know where he fits or what he wants and once he decides that for himself I think the shift will happen.

That's the best thing about SJM's book isn't it? That you never know what to expect.

I need therapy... I think i'll go read ACOTAR again.

Hahaha...I finished the series for the first time in May and then re-read it already. I feel you.

Yes, i really want this.
But - and someone tell me your opinion on this - in TOG some of the characters ended up single, well only one but then there was no romantic prospects for him.
Although for all the characters in ACOTAR there is a someone, who do you think will end up single?
Rhys & Feyre
Nesta & Cass
Az & Gwyn or Elain(my mind is screaming no)
Lucien & Elain or Vassa(please no)
Mor & Eris or Emerie (PLEASE be Eris, i just feel like that relationship will be soooooo hot and the development- like the biggest enemies to lovers in the entire series)
Jurien & Vassa
I think these are the most likely couples but i also think that it is possible that Mor, Eris and Emerie may end up single or just one of them will.

But then the thing about SJM is that she doesn't give everyone a HEA and although we hate it, it makes it all a little more realistic.
No one hate me for this - but someone has to die.
I'm not ready for who it will be
