The Academy of Espionage discussion

Beth and her sister Kate's family house! Located underground, with a small house aboveground as to not arouse suspicions. (RP ONLY)

Kate mills around her house and checks her messages and sighs, her sister was so stubborn. Why wouldn't she just tell her friends that she says HI? Was that so hard? She turns off her phone and heads to her family's training room. She looks at the punching bag dead in the eyes and begins to punch it ferociously. It helps her release anger and she practices for about an hour before stopping. She heads to her room but not before stopping by Beth's first. She sighs, it felt empty without her little sister here. It was a blessing, she thinks, that she had one. Kate's sad that she was gone but the thought of seeing her sister when she'd join her at the Academy when she would go back, calmed her a little. She takes one last glance at the room, it decked with all the gaming posters of games that she would play with her. Also, it was painted black, the room reflected Beth perfectly. Kate enters her room and changes into some PJs that had little boxing gloves on them. She had ones that had knives on them like her sis but she decided she wouldn't wear them till she saw Beth again. She brushed her teeth and then went to lie on her bed. The anticipation of meeting up with Beth at the Academy rolled through Kate's head as she fell asleep. Dreams and memories of playing those games with her little sis play through her head to comfort her. It was quite ironic, the little sister won all the games though she had less experience and the older sister with more experience lost all the games.

Kate had woken up and eaten her meals. She had changed out of her PJs and was now wearing some workout clothes and she was now punching a punching bag with all her might. She heard her phone go off with and message and went over to check it. She texted back to her sister:
The usual, punching the punching bag in the training room.
Kate closed her phone and went back to punching the bag.

Kate checks the time and heads out. Beth should be back at the academy now. She couldn't wait to see her again, it had been so long! She was packed up and she smiled as her plane took off, heading for the academy.

Mistress Scarlet took out her phone. She wondered what her children were doing at the moment over at Espionage. She decided to call Kate so she dialed her on her phone. She waited a while, she was growing impatient. Then the sound stopped, she had picked up.

"What do you want mom?" Kate asked. Cameron could hear the exasperation in her voice.

"I'm just checking in on you guys. How is Beth doing?"

"Well, she has made a lot of friends here it seems. But the academy moved the arrangements so that each rank is in there own room. I don't even see her anymore."

"Really?" she asked her daughter.

"Yeah," she could hear the eye roll through the phone. "Last I heard though she has a boyfriend," Kate said more excitedly this time.

"She does?" Her mother was quite surprised. Beth had never been into guys like Kate had been. "She got a boyfriend there before you?"

"Uhhh yeah," there was some insurity in her voice. "She got a boyfriend before me."

"You have a boyfriend too then?" she asked surprised.

"No I don't," Kate said firmly and Cameron actually believed her daughter for that one.

"Then what is it about them?" she questioned her daughter.

"Nothing!" Kate answered a little to fast and then hung up. What was her daughter hiding from her? What was happening over there? She sighed and walked over to her dresser and changed into a her normal outfit. Would she go there to find for herself? She didn't want to intrude on there lives though. She decided she'd head over to Easton Island. She needed to find what they were hiding. What was the boys name? she asked herself. She put her phone in her pocket.

Mistress Scarlet grabbed something quick to eat in the kitchen and then grabbed her purse and packed up a small suitcase. "What are you doing?" her husband asked. She explained to him and he nodded. She waved to her husband before hopping into the elevator into the small house above their underground mansion. She put her suitcase into the car and drove to her private air jet and runway.

She put her suitcase onto the air jet and hopped into the pilot's seat, taking off in the plane. She landed the plane on Easton Island and headed to the Hotel, her suitcase rolling beside her.

Mistress Scarlet had come home a few hours ago and was now sitting on her couch in her underground mansion. She looked over her texts with Beth and got up. She went into the control room and showed the agents the picture. Cameron ordered them to keep a lookout on her on all the cameras. She sighed and went back to her couch, staring at her phone. She wanted to be right there whenever Beth needed more help and backup. She wanted to be useful for her daughter because that was what she desperately wanted since she had gone on her missions. Cameron just sat there until she realized she needed to eat. She ate some food and then sat back on her couch, lying in wait.

Beth landed her plane on a private runway and didn't even realize where she was until she got out of the plane. She sighed and headed to her family house, needing to see her parents again. It had been such a confusing few days.

Cameron heard the elevator and she peered around the corner to see who it was. If it was an intruder, she wouldn't reveal herself until she knocked them out. Cameron kept her stance as she watched Beth come out and look around. She relaxed and came around the corner, "You're home! What's made you leave? Please don't say you were kicked out. Tell me about all your time! I want to listen," Beth's mother said quickly as she led her daughter to her old room.

Beth looked over to her mother and started her story, explaining mostly everything at the Academy, excluding the secrets about all her friends but definitely included Lu. She also kept out some of what happened at the Reform School and gave a summary of the good parts of it. And she also completely left out who Zander was, what he has done, and that he's dating her bestie Hailey. She did talk about Jason though and her time with him but left out that she told him the truth about freaking everything. She talked about MacKenzie and how some people are completely crazy.

"Wow, no wonder you've been busy and I'm glad you've been doing your work on top of that. That MK girl sounds dangerous but I'm definitely glad you've become an Elite. Now you can learn about the school's inner workings. And those tests and missions sound quite easy. Oh And I'm glad that Reform School Mission was a success. I'm glad you have found allies there too. I heard some of this from your sister when I called her by the way. But why didn't you text me right away when you got a boyfriend? I'm your mother! I should be able to know these things! And you really blew up the top of the Eiffel Tower and pickpocket your boyfriend? Nice job I'd have to say but I hope he never finds out or else he'll most definitely dump you." Cameron rambled as they walked the rest of the way to Beth's old bedroom.

"Yeah she is dangerous, she accidentally got caught in my net after Charlot made her all loopy so she kinda hated me. She was going to kill me probably but then she's mysteriously disappeared and isn't there anymore. She's actually the least of my worries even if she comes back but it'll take to long to explain. Also, I don't know necessarily if I want to take down the Academy. It's where I met new allies after all. And I didn't text you right away because it's something that you only talk to your friends about and no offense, but you my mom and it's awkward to talk to you about these things. But thanks anyways," Beth told her mother as she entered her room.

"I'm glad you didn't die of course but you were trained anyways so you shouldn't have anyway. Think on that thought because you may regret it later," her mother reasoned. "But I guess it's fine you didn't tell me about your boyfriend but come on Bethy! It's your first boyfriend so I should've been at least notified. I only heard about it from a call with your sister a week ago." Cameron sighed, her daughter was just so stubborn.

"Whatever, I need to get to sleep so goodnight!" Beth closed the door on her mother and changed into her PJs, brushed her teeth and fell onto her bed thinking. After thinking for thirty minutes she fell asleep, thoughts plaguing her mind as she slept.

Cameron had watched as her daughter closed the door in front of her. She sighed and headed back to the master bedroom where her husband was waiting for her, sitting on her bed. "Hey Sterling."

"Have a rough day?" Sterling asked her, a little concerned. He wanted his wife to be happy and he hated it when she was unable to be.

"Well not necessarily. Beth is back for a few days before she goes back to the Academy and she updated me on everything. I feel like she's holding back on me of what she's learned their though. And she kept her boyfriend a secret from me which worries me that something is bad about him. I had to hear it from Kate for Pete's sake! I don't know I just wish Beth didn't have to hold these type of things back from me. Especially since I'm a spy mother," Cameron sat on the bed next to Sterling as he rubbed a comforting hand on her back.

He nodded, "I'm sorry about that Honey. I'm sure Beth will open up when it's time. We just have to be patient since there is nothing we can do about it. We did train her to keep secrets so we wouldn't be able to pry it out of her. I'm sure she's found something on her friends though. I'm here for you," Sterling smiled at Cameron.

She smiled her thanks back and got up again, changing into some PJs of her own. She went back to her bed and laid down next to Sterling, holding his hand. Even though they had children that were over 16, they were still quite young and their love was still strong. They both fell asleep quite quickly, but the whole household wasn't asleep. The workers and cooks were still awake for prep and making sure to keep the humongous mansion up and running. There may or may not be something suspicious going on between two workers.

(Wow... that took me over four hours to type geez... Granted I did take a 30 minute walk and was off for 15 minutes, and got distracted a lot while I was tying but still....)

Beth woke up in her bed, and almost forgot where she was. She sighed and changed into one of her outfits that were still at home. Beth looked at her phone and nodded, she decided it was time to head back to the Academy. She grabbed her suitcase and silently slipped out of her room and to the elevator. She stepped out of the small house on top and headed to the private runway. She took of to Easton. Once she landed on Easton, she ran over to the Academy and into the Entrance. She went to the right staircase and headed into the dorms.

Cameron waited outside of the small hut and sat down at the front waiting for the Shallfor's. Her foot still ached at times because of the stupid Shallfor boy. Zander. She was still sour about that.

The Shallfor helicopter lands nearby, making no sound. The helicopter had been in a cloaked form, meaning it was invisible because of its reflective exterior. The Shallfors all step out not counting Zander, Jade and Carlos. Mrs and Mr Shallfor both wore their navy blue tailored outfits, Hans and Jack wore their own tailored outfits but with a nice white shirt not a suit top, and finally the twins each wore little blue dresses and little black shoes.

Sterling came out of the hut and Cameron stood, walking over to the Shallfors present. She nodded and took something out of her pocket. playing with it in her hand. It was a bundle of blindfolds. "Now we can do this the easy way..." she went on to say. "Go easy with blindfolds or not," Cameron smirked. She was very obviously a viscous woman by the look of her.

“I believe, blindfolds would not be our preferred way to enter your home,” Mrs. Shallfor says, she wore black high heels, a white blouse, and navy skirt. Mr. Shallfor nods, being silent as usual. The twins were running around chasing each other minding their dresses and Jack was trying to calm them down as Hans watched everything silently.

Cameron nodded, "Fine you chose the hard way. Were you not warned by my daughter Beth? This is how we let people into the house. The only way to keep it safe and so no one knows where it is except family. Blindfolds is how it is, high tech ones too. Beth designed them when she was little for me," Cameron informed them. She kept her gaze on all the Shallfors, making sure they didn't make any sudden movements.

Mrs. Shallfor raises a thin pale eyebrow, “I’m aware,” “But the fact that your daughter only told us the city not the address, doesn’t make it as safe as you say,” she says. “Stop! Stop running!” Jack hollers, he had one hand on each twin holding them apart from each other. Hans just stood silently, though he could probably still do anything unpredictable. “Cameron,” “We do not wish to fight but if it is necessary, trust me, we aren’t ones to lose often,” Mr. Shallfor says, looking at her with cold blue eyes.

Cameron looked at all the Shallfors, there were a lot of them. She realized that she was outnumbered, "Fine, no peaking then. We run a secret organization as you've probably have been informed. But the agents aren't allowed to come in and out without me or Sterling blindfolding them. It's to make sure that the location stays disclosed and I'm putting the trust in you. You are major crime lords? No? Well, you have lots of influence as do we, keeping major secrets and such. From one spy to another, you know about keeping your family safe." Cameron looked back at Mr. Shallfor. Sterling stood beside his wife as backup and help but he stayed silent.

The twins end up pulling out of Jack grip and tumble into Cameron. Jack quickly looks at the twins with shocked horror, he had always been the innocent one. “Yes, I would consider our selves an enormous line of thieves,” Mr. Shallfor says, “And no, we have no gain from giving out your position,” he adds. Mrs. Shallfor nods, she motions to the girls and the twins run over standing sweetly on either side of her.

Cameron nodded and led them toward the hut. She opened the door and entered, not waiting for the Shallfors. She entered a passcode and opened the elevator door. She kept the door open so that they could all make it in. Sterling made his way in first.

Mr. Shallfor lead the way for his family, then Hans, then Jack then the twins and lastly followed by Mrs. Shallfor.

The elevator descended into the Scarlet's underground mansion. It opened once they reached the bottom. "Welcome to the SSS HQ." Cameron gestured to the house as she stepped out of the elevator. "The guest rooms are that way," she gestured to the right.

Mr. Shallfor nods, it was much like home back in Germany just no as a bright and alive, in the same way. The twins ran from the group, they chased each other around a large column. They held their blow darts and started firing, one hit an agent as they walked by and they dropped fast first into the floor. The twins smile sweetly and run back to their mother, keeping a tight hold on the blow darts.

Cameron gestured to another agent to take them to the med bay so the agent that got shot could recover. She walked over to the guest rooms and gestured to the one at the end. She pointed to Mr. Shallfor and Mrs. Shallfor, "You two take the one on the end. The kids may take the others as they see fit."

“Thank you,” Mr and Mrs Shallfor say, they walk into the room the kids follow them in. They close the door, “Try not to cause to much chaos,” “But you can do a little,” Mrs. Shallfor says to her daughters and gets excited nods from each of them, and Jack just looked exhausted.

Cameron turned back away and headed back to her own room with Sterling. She paused as she looked at each of her daughter's bedroom's, currently vacant but still containing all their stuff. Beth's was full of gamer stuff and painted black. While Kate's was full of magazines, running shoes, her sword set because she'd learned some fencing, and painted white. She missed when they were still there, now they were both at the Academy. Beth was out risking her life, as she always was.

Beth landed the plane on the air strip and switched the engine off. She hopped out and looked behind for Hailey, Zander, and Carlos.

Zander and Carlos get out. Mean while inside the Scarlet home, the twins had been running around playing tag with darts but had hit at least twelve or more SSS agents. Jack was in the bedroom sleeping after being hit with multiple, as Hans sat by his brother playing a video game. Mr and Mrs Shallfor had been talking in a lounge area for a while, no paying to much attention to their children other then Jack, who they had put to bed.

Hailey yawned randomly, hopping out and walking over to Beth.

Beth led them over to the small hut which was what her house looked like on the outside. She opened the small door and led them all to the elevator, opening it with the code. "I trust you three enough that I don't want to bother with blindfolds," she explained.

"Good. Blindfolds seem especially annoying. And your mother may want to get back at Zander," Hailey said quietly, she shook her head with a smile and contined following Beth.

Zander nods, “I’m glad we are on that level of trust,” he says, deep down he was kinda excited to see his family. Carlos follows his brother and the girls, clearly staying closer to Zander.

Beth smiled and nodded. Once everyone had made it in, the elevator began to descend. The doors opened and Beth stepped out to show that she wasn't hostile.

Cameron emerged from her room and saw Beth, "What are you doing here?" she asked. Beth looked over to her mother and then back into the elevator.

The twins shove past Cameron and fire a dart at each other, they both duck, but Fay’s hits an agent with a large stack of papers hidden her sister. The agent falls to the floor and papers scatter everywhere, the twins giggle and Zander holds in a laugh, Carlos does the same.

Hailey walked over and behind Beth. "Oh, Mrs. Scarlet. A pleasure to see you again," She said with a smile. She was tired, therefore, she was tring to be nice.

Cameron sighed, those twins really were a handful. Another agent with the sane clearance picks up the papers and walked away, organizing it once he got to a secure location. Beth laughed at the twins, they were a bundle of energy. "Yes a pleasure we meet again," Cameron nodded to Hailey.

Zander motions to the twins and they run over, Zander and Carlos each hold out a hand. Fay takes Zander’s hand and Harp takes Carlos’ hand. The four out of seven siblings stood quietly. “Wo ist Mutter? und Vater für diese Angelegenheit. Warst du gut, auch wo sind Jack und Hans?” Zander asked the twins.

Translation
Where is mother? and father for that matter. Were you good, where are Jack and Hans too?

Hailey laughs and nods to Cameron. "Well, you have a lot to deal with it seems. Where are the rooms?" Hailey asked, eager to get away to just her thoughta.

Cameron gestured to the left, "The guest rooms are that way."

Beth smiled, "But I want to show you my bedroom first!" she pointed to the right instead. "It's down there."

The Shallfor siblings separated from the group, talking in German amongst themselves. They walk into a larger room, where they found Hans sitting cross legged and playing a video game next to a knocked out Jack. Zander walks over to his youngest brother and nudges him, “Hey, Bruder, Jack? Aufwachen.” Jack sat up, “Ich bin wach!” he says quickly, and all the siblings laugh.

Translation:
hey, brother, jack? Wake up.
I’m awake!

Hailey nods. "Then let's go," She said, already walking the way Beth was pointing

Beth smiled and followed after her. She opened the door to her bedroom and walked in, "This is my childhood bedroom," she gestured to the black walls, the desk in the corner, and her bed which had computers as a comforter. There was also a TV on one side and a set of several knives hanging from the wall. It had a gamer vibe that reflected off it and seemed very gothy.
