I was blown away by the book, and it is currently my favorite series. I have the first one, and I read the second one. I have yet to read the third one. I know I'm late to read the third one, but oh well. It is an extraordinary story with the best characters and the most amazing plot, and well as the perfect themes. Please tell me I'm not the only one who is obsessed with this series and yet only read the first two books.

<3 Its such a new take, even though it reminds me of a tv show we had in germany when i was small...well what ever I need the next part! Really enjoyed it.

I'm sorry if I'm being really harsh, but I found this book boring and unrealistic. The characters were steriotypes and REALLY really lucky. I didn't enjoy this book.

It was a children book about fairy tales , How realistic did you expect it to be?

Yes, but there are many children's books about fairy tales out there that are much more believable. These characters got out of most situations through luck instead of actual skill.

I really like the book and I actually felt that I was in the story, and they are making "The Land of Stories Book 6 : Worlds Collide), which is the epic conclusion for the series

These stories involve magic and fairy tales, why be so critical it is meant for kids and since it has been on the bestsellers list obviously others agree

I love this book so much because right now I'm currently reading,The Enchantress Returns.I can't even put it down! It's such a page turner!!!,By the way Queen Red and Prince Charlie aka froggy,really do belong together.But this book series is sooo amazing!! that's for sure!! :) 📚📚

Oh my goodness!!! I love this book and the rest of the series, it it's totally one of my favorites. I am currently waiting for book #6, but by the time the next book in the series comes out I have forgotten about the previous books. So I am probably going to just wait till they all come outa, and then read all the books again

Loved it! Read every single one! These were my favorite books for a while.. but as I got older I realized they weren;t really THAT great. Oh well.

I loved these books. I like the first the best for sure.

Favourite book!!!

I LOVED it ... and I'm not ashamed to admit it!! Whenever I suggest it to others, they politely change the subject as though they're embarrassed to even entertain the idea of reading a "kids" book. I'm an almost 21 year old dude and I will definitely be reading the rest of the series. Those who can't allow themselves to even give it a try are only hurting themselves!

The entire series is great, but I liked Author's Odyssey best maybe because Lloyd was my fave:)
