Addicted to Ink discussion

Hello everyone! I'm Alex and I'm a new moderator of Addicted to Ink. This topic is for ideas on improving this group. If you have any suggestions/feedback, let us know here. :)

Suggestions. May sound critical. We all need to to aspire.
New name and Picture.

Ink is more often referred to tattoos. If thats what you mean then keep it. Otherwise it sounds like we are people with more ink than skin.

Picture, plenty of groups on goodreads have unoriginal and boring pictures. Lets think of idea to make us stand out :)

Good idea, what suggestions do you have? :)

I just need an idea from another to develop into more. Give me a suggestion and I'll multiply. More of a developer than a creator.

Well we could really work with just anything that has to do with books or reading... Someone else is going to have to do the picture, I have absolutely no skills in that haha :p

If we're making a new icon I could come up with something...although I very much like the current name, it's one of the things that drew me to this group

I could also work towards an icon. Name... we need to put our heads together.

Lets make this a game. Ill come up with one idea, and another draws ideas from that one and thinks up of another name. For the group. Ill start with the group name, as its the current name, which is also a reference to tattoos. That was my first thought when i received the invite. Be free to put more than one down and give feedback on the names given beforehand.

Well if we take a vote and more people want to keep it, let's keep it :) But I definitely agree we need a new icon if anyone wants to do it once we decide on the name. If a few people want to make icons, we can vote on which one we like best :)

I agree with the name...I really like it and think it should be kept! If I were to add/improve anything maybe more topics for folks to discuss. For instance, I've already read the Legend trilogy and don't feel like re-reading it just yet so I don't feel like I can contribute to the disscussion as much as othed people since I'm not currently reading it. Just a suggestion :-)

Great idea! Do you have any suggestions of topics we should have up? I definitely agree with that, there isn't much to do on here unless you are part of the read-along :)

I have added some "games" for members to play under a separate discussion folder. If you have any suggestions for other topics, please let us know. :)

I would love to suggest my book Shannon Hollow for this club to read. You guys have wonderful feedback and I'd love to hear what you had to say about it.

I agree too, that we should keep the name! If anything if could also make up sound like we love to write, plus nothing wrong if some of us have ink as well. When you see "Addicted to Ink" on a reading website, I doubt they think of tattoos the fist time, I certainly didn't
