Old Harbor Inn was once an actual Inn. It is now a sectioned off Apartment hold three apartments within it. Each apartment holds room for a Kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, Living Room, and a spare room that has been seen to be turned into studies, lounges, bedrooms, etc... It has three floors one for each apartment. The property Value is very high given the view and position to the harbor, but the price is rather low being only 482$ monthly. This includes water, electricity, & utilities. Every Six months new owner registrations must be made up and signed to extend the residence stay. Most never stay longer than Six Months because for some odd reason people go missing more around the harbor than anywhere else. Also the residence are often asked to open up their homes to tourist at least twice a month individual.
