Robinson Crusoe is #44 on the 50 books to read before you die list. Daniel Defoe's 1719 novel is our group read for October 2020. What did you think of this book?

I really like this book. I have read it several times since I was in elementary school. I know that it is politically incorrect and has problem ideas, language, and beliefs (i.e., Friday) but I remind myself that was the times. It isn't taking place in the 20th/21st century but in 17th/18th century with the social mores/beliefs of the time.
