Alissa sat in front of the water, her legs folded together as she meditated, blocking out any other outside noises besides the crashing of the waves against the sand. Her hands were out, balancing out two small balls of water. She stood up, feeling the cool wet sand against her barefeet and pulled her hand back, the balls of water moving around her body as she moved in graceful dancelike motions. She stopped, still for a second before aiming her hands at a rock and shooting the balls. They hit with a loud impact, cracking the rock a little. "Still not strong enough." She muttered, laying back into the sand. The water swirled around her body and she sighed, feeling the warm waves against her skin.

Someone jets out of the water and flies up, using the water, twenty feet up in the air.

Alissa didn't make much of a move at the noise. She simply sat up and turned her head up to the sky, looking at whoever jumped out of the water. The waves circled around her protectively but she made no move to stand up.

Ezili laughs as she slowly lowers herself onto the beach.

Her flowy blue sundress, which was miraculously not soaked with water, swished in the wind as she stood up, nodding her head at one of the leaders of the Water Elementals. Ezili Muir. She was smart, funny, talented. Someone that Alissa used as a role model. "Ezili. What brings you here?" Alissa's voice was calm, slightly cold but that was just her personality.

"Just out training, nothing much, what about you?" Ezili replies.

"It's too loud at the Institute," She responded quietly. She tucked her red locks behind her ears and stepped into the water, swimming to the bottom and coming out with a handful of shells. She sat on the ground and began to look through the shell, picking out the sharpest.

Ezili stands on the beach, summoning water into a sword, she swings the sword through several sword play drills.

Alissa gathered the shells and created a series of water balls. She picked up the sharp shells and poured a few into each ball. They could do some real damage if she threw them at the right speed with enough force.

Ezili goes through the drills once again, faster and faster.
