Kiran stands by the fountain watching the droplets fall into their collective pool.

Era strolled towards the fountain, her brows furrowed very slightly.

Kiran hides his disappointment, and smiles at the newcomer.

Era glanced at Kiran and sat down on a bench.

"I'm Kiran" he says offering his hand.

"Era," she said, her expression bored. She shook his hand gingerly.

Kiran sighs, trying to come up with something to spark a conversation. He needed a reputation for talking to different elementals. Otherwise meeting Rain would be a giveaway easily.

Era blinked slowly and stared at the fountain.

((I'm so sorry man! I legit didn't see this till now, and that was because I went to the group to check. GR.))

"Do you come here often?" Kiran asks, praying that the conversation will be sparked.

((it's completely fine, i understand!))
"Yes," Era replied in her usual icy tone. She narrowed her eyes at him. "Do you?"

"Nah," Kiran replies.

((immmm sooooo sorry!!! I didnt see this!!!))
Rain softly walks in

((Iz fine, buh, he already talking to some one else. *Awkward silence*))

Era sniffed. "Then what are you doing here?"

"Change of pace? I don't know i just felt like it today." he shrugs.

((sorry i took so long!))
Era pressed her lips together. "Well then." She blinked slowly again.

Kiran laughs.

Rain turns in invisable

Era squinted slightly, not understanding what was funny. This, she told herself, is why I don't converse.

Kiran smiles. "Are you a student of the Institute?"

Era nodded, her eyes still slightly narrowed. "I am. Are you?"

"I graduated last year." He shrugs.

"Oh." Era said flatly.

Kiran nods. "I guess."

Era cleared her throat and nodded. "Well, I'd better be going," she lied. "Bye . . . Kiran." She got up to leave.

He watches her leave and sits down at the fountain's rim waiting for Rain.
