The Trials of Apollo

In all honesty, I like it better than Percy Jackson. The narrative is what gets me all the time. Apollo is such an awesome person (err... God) and I totally adore the brother - sister relationship that Apollo and Meg have. It's just so well written and the amount of humor and action present is just baffling. It's really fun. Really sad the series is ending.
It's not actually from the POV of a god because Apollo doesn't remember everything he did when he was a god but he does remember bits and memories that are important to the main storyline, so, that's cool.
I loved Percy Jackson, liked Heroes of Olympus, but by Trials of Apollo, I was kind of sick of the story, and things felt more repetitive. But I’m still looking forward to reading The Tower of Nero, and seeing how everything is wrapped up!
soo I'm going to be honest, I didn't click as much with ToA as much in comparison to PJ and HoO...but I still did enjoy it and I'll admit this one was hilarious! And I agree with you Ishaan I feel the relationship between Meg and Apollos was brilliant! It made the book that much more entertaining. I'm sad it's over!! (but if I keep rereading the series over and over it won't xD)
I feel horrible. I DNFed it because I couldn't force myself through it, for reasons in my review linked below... https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
It was okay. Just not for me.
I liked the series but Lester is sssuuuppeer irritating
I love the whole series and thought that Lester was kinda annoying in the beginning but got a lot less annoying as it progressed

Yeah he kinda got what it was being a mortal

I like it more than Heroes of Olympus and the Kane Chronicles, because it's from the POV of a god, rather than a teenage demigod. I was getting tired of the endless snark.
