FLASHLIGHT READERS discussion

I have read only City of Bones but it was tooo slow so I didn't read the series further. Though I liked the Shadowhunters world.
But I planning to get back to the series.

omg it’s my favourite series i’m currently reading chain of gold!

So far I’ve read the first 3 mortal instruments books and clockwork angel. I enjoyed the second and third mortal instruments books but I’m not sure I get the hype. Maybe I just need to keep reading.

The Shadowhunter Chronicles are awesome, I really like the world-building and the banter between characters. I also found the first two TMI books a bit slow, but it picks up, and its just AMAZING. I think I like TID the most (Will and Jem!) and I also like how Magnus pops up everywhere in all the series. I can't wait for the second book of TLH!!!
