At first Claire is ready to take Tony on, but then gives into his rules again. What did you think of that decision? And/or thoughts on the gala she attends with Tony.

I'm actually sick of Claire at the moment. Why is she willing to keep meeting with this ass??? There's a part of this that she loves.

Frankly, it's making me ill that she's fantasizing with the man who abused her and sent her to jail.

She's kissing him?

I'm not sure I can finish this book.

And when is she going to figure out she's pregnant? Knowing Tony, he'll beat her up again.

I really don't understand why Claire walked back into this mess. I understand she's fearful of him hurting the people around her. But, I'm talking about her inner musings where she's still lusting after Tony. It's hard for me to empathize with her, given this man beat her to a pulp.

It makes no sense, period.
