Tony treats Brent like his employee but then expects him and Courtney to be his good friends. What do you think of this?

So what else is new? Tony doesn't have friends, just people to use.

I actually had a boss like Tony who treated us like dirt but then considered us friends. I finally had to tell him that I regularly hang out with my friends and he didn't fall into that category. That worked well:)

Haha! Good for you, Jonetta. When the chips were down for Tony people "stayed" on his side because he paid their salary and potentially could them personally, professionally or physically.

It looks like there was no one in the end. But, I'm not really certain what that ending meant.

From where I am right now, it doesn't seem like it because they're afraid of him. That's not normally the dynamics of a friendship.
