At the time, I was trying to be empathetic with her circumstances but then when she tried to justify sleeping with the woman's husband....it just felt off.
In retrospect, I should have seen how mind manipulative she was. She actually believes her stuff, though.

A woman who is sick and dependent on you too just made me disgusted. While I felt sorry for Marie it doesn't justify her actions.
When I think about how ruthless he was described to be AND he was rightly jailed, they were perfect for each other:)
Agreed and agreed. I was actually on Samuel and Amanda's (? Forgot her name suddenly) side. Turns out they were right a and were murdered for it.
