Lilac walked through the street, occasionally cartwheeling before just ultimately deciding to walk on her hands. The reaping was coming up soon, but she wasn’t too worried about it. There were hundreds of names, and hers was only in there, what, five times? She probably wouldn’t get picked. Livia grabbed her hatchet and went to the tree grove, starting yet another long, long work day.

Raven cautiously approached the edge of the tree grove. She looked around and made sure the area was empty of people before readjusting her backpack and stepping into the grove. She looked up at the trees. Raven hesitated but climbed up a tall-ish tree along the edge of the grove. It's numerous branches would help hide her from anyone looking up and the height would give her a better view of the tree grove.
