I'm trying something new on my channel with this selection. Check out my audio only reading vlog (broken down in 2 chapter sections) called Chapter by Chapter. I am giving you my thoughts as I read the chapters in this series of recordings. There will be spoilers, so I'd suggest not listening until you've read the chapters in the title.

I started watching your video and then my daughter needed something and I had to pause it. I will get back to it soon. Anyway, I think I get the gist of what you are doing. I have this book on my shelf and I am willing to give this a try. You have this listed for November. Are you starting it right now or did you mean to say December?

Hi Elizabeth! This is the book for November ^-^ I did post the books for December though, just yesterday.

Chapter by Chapter is done for this book! My Series First Impressions video will be up on Saturday. I'll give my general thoughts on the book and let you know if this is a series I will be continuing in that one ^-^

I finished Chapter 8 early this morning and am about to watch your Part 4 video. There are definitely some quirky behaviors happening with some of the side characters that don't seem all that realistic, but I am enjoying reading the book. I do like your chapter by chapter approach as it propels me to set reasonable daily reading goals and still keep up with my other books that I'm reading.

Thanks Elizabeth! I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts as you go ^-^ I do like this approach as well because it allows me to read other things if I desired to do so, which is why the buddy reads I did with this approach made them easier for me to participate in.

I did already take a look at next month's selection and the chapters are super short. There's over 50 for a 300 or so page book, so I think I'll need to adjust the number of chapters per section on that one.
