I am a student at the University of Texas, and me and my group are making an ISBN-type website for a project that displays information about books, authors, and publishers. If I'm not wrong, there's no way to get an Author's information or a Book's information unless you have their ID. So we're wondering if there's any way to get the ID of an author, given their name. Or displaying information about the author given their name.
