Zefra was in the kitchen, just eating tortilla chips and queso because they were bored and cheese tastes good. They were completely zoned out, staring at the wall.

Kane walked in, because he just felt like wandering around. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh god Aeris kissed me and he smiled and he freaking laughed oh god- He was lost in his thoughts and didn't notice Zefra until he tripped over their foot.

Zefra snapped back to reality and grabbed Kane’s waist before he fell, pulling him back to balance. They looked at him for a moment “Damn, seems like I lost my phone number, can I have yours?” They said, grinning.

Kane turned bright red and quickly stepped away. “...No.” He glared at Zefra. oh god this is not what I need right now- He turned to walk away, but the door was locked. “Did you lock this?” He asked.

“...No?” Zefra walked over. “It shouldn’t be locked?” They tugged in the door a bit. It didn’t budge. “That... that is not good.”
