Unfortunately this book does not seem to be easily available. Although the hardback and e-book can be purchased from both Amazon and Barnes & Noble, they are both very expensive, and a paperback version is not available. Nor is it available in the library.

This book sounds really interesting, but it's just a bit too new. It was published just under three months ago. Give it a few more months, then try nominating it again.

I'll nominate Plight of the Living Dead: What Real-Life Zombies Reveal about Our World--And Ourselves by Matt Simon. I gave it a 5 star review, but would like to reread it with the group after reading Parasite Rex: Inside the Bizarre World of Nature's Most Dangerous Creatures. Parasites are so interesting. I'd really like to nominate both books. They compliment each other well.

I'll second that one, Jim! I gave it 5 stars too. It was fascinating and delightfully creepy! This is the stuff of nightmares.
