Yes. And please don't make me scroll up to the top to review the tasks. Please put the task in your question. Right now it's easy to scroll up, but if I have to switch pages to go hunt for it, I might cry. :)

Janice (jamasc) | 60632 comments Jannene wrote: "Filigree ruling, The Alienist (Dr. Laszlo Kreizler, #1) by Caleb Carr or Ink by Jonathan Maberry?"

I'm going to say no to both. There is so little of it in The Alienist that it's not really noticible. The other is like tribal tattoo and curli-ques on the script. Sorry. I'm cringing as I say this.

message 19: by Jannene (new)

Jannene | 3124 comments No problem. I am sure I have one that qualifies.

If it is, I might have a place for the second book in the series, that I own too.

If not, I might jump on your buddy read for the City of Brass.

It will work.

Actually, I thought it would be hard which is why I stated that people needed a ruling on this. But, I've been pleased that most requests are examples of filigree.

My preference would be for Layla & Majnun. I had to really look hard to see it on the first book.
