For Collection - Ballerina: Read a book where the main character is a ballet dancer, can the MC be a retired ballerina? In the book I just finished, the story talks a lot about the MC's life as a ballerina, the plot focuses on events and people in her former life, her husband's writing and a carving about her performance in Swan Lake, and the MC's memories of her stage life. The title of the book references the MC's most memorable dance as a ballerina (The Ebony Swan is Odile or The Black Swan in Swan Lake).
If you say no, I can use the book for Museum 37 - read a book set in Maryland or Virginia :)

You may use it. She's still a ballerina even though she's retired.
