hi, i have a character which has wall walking. would i bother you to say that the wall walking powers are said to be still open, based on the comment?

Sure, assuming it has a limit on range and a cool down

Like a range of 100M and cool down relating to how far it was, min of 30 seconds and increasing by 10 seconds per meter? Also if it's through a wall or something it increases to 15?

Little op as he could just disappear, outrun most things ect

The power could be like every 5 minutes he can teleport but only a 2 mile radius, since the facility is so huge.

I already have that one, but due to the stress of how many groups I'm in, I'm gonna be collecting my OCs and leave the group. I never really felt comfortable here because there are so few people I know. ;u; Social anxiety, even on the internet.

Element Manipulation?
-This allows the user to manipulate any element, but the elements are levels of the power-

Level 1 is quite harmless
Level 2 is medium and does little to no damage
Level 3 is dangerous; unless it's user wishes to use it in a lethal way then it would never be used that way
Level 4 is hazardous and if it was to ever be used then the user would have scars appear on their body, so it's never used sometimes

The user can manipulate anything Earth related but it has it's limits; hurting anyone is prohibited this is mainly for healing.

The user can manipulate air and does little to no damage

The user can manipulate water and it is mainly used when the user is annoyed. It can be used to drown people. This unlocks at a certain age; 17__18__20

*Fire
The user can manipulate/and or create any type of fire; This is mainly used when the user is angry, scars appear after constant use of this level. It is very dangerous and if it wasn't for the power cancelation cuffs, collar, the power extraction serum, or power cancelation rooms, then everything built would be burned and in ruins. This level is unlocked at a certain age; 13__16__17
