L.I.V.E. ~ A Roleplay discussion

This lab is used by the top scientists, and you need a key card to enter and exit.

Olivia Saint swipes her key card on the door lock, she enters the large white lab. The Head scientist, grabs her note pad and looks at the list of names, their were new mutants to test, give code names and see what they could do. A few names were also listed ‘Not acquired’ which made her twitch slightly, but she pushed that feeling away.

The head scientist grabs her things and heads to the testing chamber, she calls on a head piece to get the three mutants in high security and one in the normal cells.

Lexy swiped her key card across the door lock and strolled into the lab, her five inch heels clicking against the floor. She headed over to the beakers and started on a new serum.

Fern swiped her card and entered the lab. In her hands were lots of Starbucks drinks.

She walked down the rows of separated spaces, handing out coffees to the scientists, never pausing for a second glance at what they were working on, like she was instructed.

Lexy accepted a latte from the intern Fern, took a big swig then got back to making the base of her new serum.

After she finished her rounds with only two stains on her shirt (New record!), Fern quickly shuffled out of the room to retrieve other drinks and serve them to the remaining staff in other locations of L.I.V.E Headquarters.

Dr. Saint walks into the lab, she walks into her office. There was a wall of pictures, one of each the mutants that were at the lab and their ability and code name. She sighs, looking at the latte on her desk, she smiles, the intern was doing a good job.

Dr. Saint returned to her office, she looks through papers on her desk, and a speaker on her desk told her that a high security mutant had escaped.

Zach walked up to the door and pulled his card out of his pocket. He swiped it and the door unlocked. He pushed the door open and stepped into the room allowing to door to close and lock behind him.

((Should I refer to him a Zach or Dr. Zach?))

Olivia looks up from her desk, “Anything I can do for you Zach?” She asks, she taps her pen on the table.

Dr. Zach shook his head. "No, I'm just getting ready for my data anizization. I was assigned to figure out how powerful the mutants are getting today." Zach told Dr. Olivia. He walked over to a table and sat down pulling out a folder of papers.

“Interesting,” she says, she looks at the folder, “Well our high security mutants aren’t having difficulty being powerful,” “So far our mind reader seems well behaved, our momentum mutant is quiet powerful we’ve had to sedate her, then our illusion mutant decided to offend me, and our mind control mutant seems more then happy trying to murder someone, finally the small one escaped and is running loose around the cell area.”

Dr. Zach nodded. "Are we testing anyone today?" he asked. "There are a few we are short on data with..." he added. Zach flipped through the files looking at the ones for each student. "Also... There seems to be one uncaptured still..." he added stopping at a blank sheet. The name on it read Gabe.

“Then we’ll need to catch him, sooner then later,” she says, “And who are we short on?”she asks.

Zach nodded. He looked at the sheets lighted up. "Well, I think we should give the Animal Control girl a few different animals and see what she can do to them... And then we didn't test the strength of the acid spew person... And I think one escaped from the testing room..."

“Alright,” she says, looking at her computer she frowns, “The that escaped our testing room, is the youngest here, and I’m guessed she got out from not enough caution,” she says, “When she catch her and the new one,” “Well get the other two and run some tests,” she says.

Zach nodded. "I'll tell you if I find any more I need some data with." Zach said. He pulled out a file and looked down on it carefully reading through what it said.

She nods, and pulls up the camera screens on her computer. She checks the high security, the labs and then the cells. She watches a few guards run over and the girl scream, then the guards seemed to invert. “Gross,” she mumbles and contacts the other guards where the escapee is located.

Zach pulled out a file that read...

Zach looked up thoughtfully. He began writing down on a separate paper what they should do in the future. He pulled out a new fresh piece of paper and began to write,

Zach looked up from his paper carefully and thought some more.

“Well I found her,” “Among bodies,” she says. “What are you doing?” She asks.

Zach looked up. "Well, I see you tested the girl Evie's wings... We could use a speed test and a high test to see how fast and how high she can handle going. The we could also see how good she is at controlling herself in flight and/or avoiding a moving obstacle..." Dr. Zach informed Olivia. He looked back at his papers and wrote something into Evie's profile.

“Wonderful,” she says, “In a war her mutation would be handy,” “As would the boy with the acid,” she comments thoughtfully.

Zach nodded. "And the force field boy. We should find out how strong and large he can make it." Zach said. He pulled out another file with the writing reading...

Zach writes down some things on a different piece of paper. He puts to other one into Evie's file and the new one into Alex's file.

“Seems we have a good list after they all get some thing to eat and rest we’ll bring those on your list for testing,” she says.

Zach nodded. "Good, we should find out what foods do what to the mutation powers. It might not be true but, I heard some foods can change the strength or reaction of a mutation." Dr. Zach informed Dr. Olivia. He put the two files away and pulled out two new ones that belonged to the Animal Control girl and the Acid Spew boy. He began to take notes on separate pieces of paper.

“Sounds good,” she says, she makes a list and puts that onto her clip board.

Zach nodded and put the papers into the file folders and put the two files with the other two he had already completed making a stack of four files completed.

Dr. Zach looked at the the profiles. I think we might be missing some of the files.... he thought. Zach kept the files spread out on the table and began to read about each power and person.

Dr, Saint sighed, she rubs her temples. She considered something for a moment.

Zach looked up. "Are all the profiles in I have all of the profiles we have made for the characters?" Dr. Zach asked Olivia. He looked over all the profiles again.

"I believe so, but we may have missed one or two," she says, "May I see them?" she asks.

"You know what," "Lets go get this Zane character," "I'm curious what his ability is," she says, a small grin on her face. She grabs her dart gun and a few other serums and motions for Zach to follow her.

ZAch nodded. "Let's go then." he said. He grabbed is own dart gun and follows Olivia.

Zach walked in his lab coat swished at his feet. When he spotted Dr. Ichika he gave him an interesting look. "What do you need?" he asked. He walked over to a lab table and began to go through a drawer full of files.

Zach shook his head. "Maybe I forgot I did so... I have been busy with these files," he said. He grabbed a folder out of the drawer and walked over to a counter opposite of Ichika so, he could face her.

Zach started to nod then paused. "Which project are you on?" he asked. He pulled a pen from behind his ear and grabbed a clipboard that looked to have appeared from thin air.

Zach raised his brow. "And what exactly does this project work on?" he asked.

Zach nodded and wrote something on the clipboard. "Very interesting... What exactly is her mutation?"

Zach looked at it and picked it up and walked across the room to a large glass container. He did a fingerprint scan to open it and placed the bullet inside of it then closed and locked it again. "I'll examine that soon. And don't worry, that's one of the safest containers in this facility."

Zach shook his head. "I just need to look it over before you can continue. And if you take Dawn on a walk take her to the cafeteria," he said as he walked back over to his files that were laid out on a table.

Zach watched Dr. Ichika leave then he shook his head and wrote down in his notes, Protective of Dawn. He placed the clipboard aside and went back over to the container with the blood. He pressed a button and glass appeared surrounding the container instead of the metal.
