Support for Indie Authors discussion

Hello everyone,

Amazon has recently added a Series page management to the KDP dashboard. I'm not sure how many of you've had a look at it, but my experience with this tool is... wonky.
My series is stuck at 'draft' - when I click 'Publish', it'll be as 'In review' but, within a day, it returns to draft while I get no message whatsoever about why it did so.

I've sent Amazon support a message, but I'd like to know if anyone else had any issues with Series management during the last month.

Sorry to hear this Tomas! Has this problem been resolved? I'm interested because I plan to publish the 2nd in my series in early January.

I've received a mail that "it may take a few days to look into".

I published my books as a series just a couple days ago and I had no problem, except when I post the link in Facebook or anywhere else, instead of showing the books' pictures, it shows a long link with a whole lot of coding. Maybe I should contact Amazon about that.

My book last month started in review for 8 days, but is now published. This was a first for me.

I've received another mail yesterday, the series is now fixed, but the book is still in review. I'll wait for the usual 72 hours, then message them if the problem persists.

Maybe it was just poor timing, the series system was added just recently (before, you had to contact them directly), and maybe I was too eager to set it up and hit some buggy moment.

Glad to hear it's fixed. Hope it works when I publish the next novel in January.
