Hi all - I know that we are a bunch of "book nerds" so here is the annual place to share your 2020 stats as we approach the end of this year!

As of December 18

Read: 114 books
- 73 female authors, 41 male authors
- 98 fiction, 16 nonfiction

Canadian: 31 books

Read 135 books

This year, I set a goal of at least 50% BIPoC authors and I was mindful of that goal all year. It was an interesting (but rewarding) experience to be so intentional in my choice of books, and I'm hoping to repeat this in 2021.

Read only 88 books this year but had lots of challenges focusing during the pandemic and also shifted some focus to getting outside and hike as well as being more active and taking indoor spin classes at home. Without a commute, my audio books dove to 1 (pre-pandemic).

This year, my focus is on self-care so hoping to read a number of books relating to a healthy lifestyle.

Covid messed with my focus badly, and I only read 45 books in 2020, but I read some good ones. I don't really try to read a particular balance, but always find my reading stats interesting.
