The lady told him to come to her house. She washed the boy’s wounds and gave him some food. She called her parents asking them what she should do, they told her to call the Child Protection Services, which she did. She sat with him and asked him questions.
When they arrived they had told the boy to take off his shirt so they could examine his back, there were scars all over it. His parents had abused him. The lady wanted to cry, but instead, she told the boy that if they take him back home, to run back to her house because he knows where they live. She gave him a hug.
“Thank you, if you didn’t save me, I was gonna jump off a bridge. I’m sorry for causing you and stress” the little boy said. She told him not to be sorry and gave him a hug. The Child Protection Services took the boy and the lady started thinking whether or not to take him in.
You know? The One question I have is: How many people walked past him before my Cousin saved him....yeah....my cousin was the ‘lady’. Believe it.
