Has anyone found a good way to identify books published in our birth year?

i literally googled "books published in 19--" and wikipedia had a list. it's a lot to sift through though :/

I sorted my To-read list by year and found a couple, one of which is actually sitting on my shelf! Rachel's suggestion is great if you don't find one on your list already.

Yeah well my birth year was.....a while ago, not really looking forward to reading it! LOL
