2017 Reading Challenge discussion

I read this book when it was first published and loved it. It was so interesting reading it again from the perspective of an older woman. Carol Shields takes the life of an unremarkable woman and infuses it with such humanity and understanding that it becomes truly universal. Such a beautiful read.

Oh! This was my plan for this category too. It's been sitting on my "to read" shelf for some time.
