Rebecca Delaney (thebookbinder) | 2 comments Hi!
I'm a new member from Argentina. Since Dame Du Maurier hasn't been popular in my country since Hitchcock's films, there are no new spanish editions of her works and you can only find her books in English or in second hand bookstores. As a result, I don't have anyone to share my reading with.
I see that the last discussion on this group was last year, would you like to start again?
The books that I have right now in my shelves that I haven't read are:
-I'll never be young again
-The King's General
-Vanishing Cornwall
-The Rebecca Notebook
-The Winding Star
-Golden Lads
-Mary Anne
-Hungry Hill
-The House on the Strand
-The Doll, The lost short stories
-Frenchman's Creek
-The Glass Blowers
-The Flight of the Falcon

Some of them are not fiction, but if you would like to read along, it would be great.

Alire Lanes | 1 comments Hi Rebecca,
I highly doubt the group is being in use.
I only use forums to help me with my choices for reading.
However, you are a bigger fan than I am and I doubt I will help you with your titles. I only read Rebecca, My cousin Rachel, The Doll: The Lost Short Stories, and The Birds & Other Stories. I also started to read her books because of Hitchcock’s movies, and it is addicting, isn’t?
I am originally from your neighbourhood, Brazil, but for 14 years now I live in London, UK.
I hope you have success finding someone to help you with the discussion regarding your Daphne du Maurier’s list.
Best of luck,
Alire
