Welcome Virginia, Barbra, Sara and Nicole! I, too, am so excited I spent the last hour in bookish pursuit, browsing online and my bookshelves to see what I want to start the new year reading. ;-) Just 5 more days until we can begin...

On the library website it still shows the 2020 challenge.

Hmmm...the link above took me to the 2021 challenge. If you go to the Library's website and scroll to the bottom of the front page, the blog post, 2021 Reading Challenge, is first one listed under Featured & New. Let me know if you don't see it there either.

Welcome, Thomas! I've heard very good things about Olive Kitteridge, but I haven't read it. I'm working my way through my first book for the challenge, An Expert in Murder by Nicola Upson. It's the first book in a mystery series starring Josephine Tey as the amateur detective, a real author who wrote in the '20s and '30s. I highly recommend Tey's The Daughter of Time.

Congratulations, Sara! I can't wait to peruse what you read this year. I've just finished mine as well, but haven't made my shelf yet. I will by the end of the day, though!
I'll be posting the 2022 Challenge in the next week, so be on the lookout for it.

Looking forward to 2022!
I love looking at everyone's lists. Each of you had at least one title that I was undecided whether to put on my TBR and seeing that you enjoyed them has pushed me over to add them! Congrats and thanks for sharing!!

I admire you tackling that short story collection! You read some awesome books this year. And it looks like you enjoyed most of them, which makes for a great reading year. :-)
