for those who don't know what this is -In Vitro Fertilization is an assisted reproductive technology (ART) commonly referred to as IVF. IVF is the process of fertilization by extracting eggs, retrieving a sperm sample, and then manually combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory dish. The embryo(s) is then transferred to the uterus

For your education. The short answer is no due to biology. The future remains to be seen as science progresses.

The technology was first successfully used in 1978. At the time, these children were referred to as "test tube" babies.
