That's exactly what I wanna do myself.
My speed at adding in characters often depends on my mood and what device I'm on, but I'm actually still quite quick. I try to check monthly to see who is and isn't in the group anymore, especially those who have/had important roles.

So basically how a character works is you have their name, gender, sexuality (optional but preferred), age, their appearance and their personality, as well as a history and their family. A template, for example, would look like this:

You can add other things, like their favorite song, likes, dislikes, and in this case their Pack and Rank,
