A book about a subject you are passionate about - The House in the Cerulean Sea is a fictional book in which the magical creatures are like metaphors for people who are different and are subjected to discrimination or prejudices because of their differences. You could be a homosexual, you could be disabled, you could be a book nerd, it absolutely doesn't matter. If you are different, you face prejudices. The book shows us how prejudices are incorrect and unfair and how the discarding them is the absolute need of the hour. The book also shows how prejudices are formed and how they fester and why it is important to keep striving for every small change that will crush prejudices and eventually build a world with no discrimination. This a subject that I feel deeply about because I have seen how quick and easy it is for us to make judgments about other people without a slightest understanding of their circumstances and while I try very hard to change that about myself, I fiercely believe that more people need to open their minds to change.

[] A book that discusses body positivity

[] A book found on a Black Lives Matter reading list

A book in a different format than what you normally read (audiobooks, ebooks, graphic novels)- Anxious People was my first audiobook ever.

A book about art or an artist- The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is the fictional story of Evelyn Hugo who is portrayed as a famous actress.

A book everyone seems to have read but you- The Book Thief

Your favorite prompt from a past POPSUGAR Reading Challenge- Long Bright River is a fictional story which revolves around the opioid crisis in Philly. Drug addiction is associated with Gluttony, one of the 7 deadly sins. So this falls under the category "A book featuring one of the seven deadly sins" from the 2020 Popsugar Reading Challenge]
