How did the dumpster fire that was 2020 affect your reading habits? Did you read more? Less? Did you read anything that particularly stuck with you?

Michelle (chellerae) | 2 comments I was about the same but slowed waaaay down at the end of the year.
My favorite book was The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. 😍 It was just so good!

Erica (booknerderica) Yes! I have issues with migraines and honestly that always poses a huge problem, but I have found myself so disinterested in reading this year for maybe the first time in my life. I still managed to finish a few bangers...🤷🏻‍♀️.

I really struggled with staying focused on reading once the stay at home orders were in place. I usually read several books at a time, but my mind kept wandering. I think I read a total of 5 books in 2020. I read thousands of articles, though, and quite a bit of poetry. I’m hoping this year that I can focus more. First up on my “to-read” list is “The Poison Flood” by Jordan Farmer. Jordan is family and this is his second novel. It came out in May, so I want to get to it ASAP.

Michelle (chellerae) | 2 comments I do audiobooks mostly. I managed to get through 33 books in 2020. I just put my AirPods in and listen while I do stuff around the house. I also listen when I’m driving and in the shower lol It’s the only way I can get through books anymore.

I’m currently reading the Bridgerton series. Not what I usually read at all but they are fun. I wanted to read them before I watched the show on Netflix.
