Started this book during the weekend and wasn't sure what to expect. Really was feeling the 'journal like' writing that started off the book until it took a left turn and we started time travelling. Curious to see where this goes.
What's everyone else's thoughts on the book so far?

I’m about half way through, I think just getting back to present day, but I’m struggling to stay engaged. It’s okay, but not great for me. I’ll let you know more as I read more.

I find myself struggling with the same thing. It's difficult to stay engaged after I've given it a solid change. I'm close to halfway through the book now. The only thing bringing me forward in this book is my stubborness of not having a DNF.

100%, I gave myself a 100 book challenge for this year.. so I need to finish it! But I’ll be okay to move on. But also I’m a little curious what happens.
That's an awesome goal! My goal is 25 this year. Pushing through!
I had to mark this book as my first DNF this year. While the writing style was very nice, it moved along at a leisurely pace.... And that was about it for me. There was nothing keeping me engage, I was very relaxed which was nice but personally I like novels that are able to draw me forward. This just kept me company. What did you guys think of the book?
I finished. I guess I was not disappointed. 1917 was sad. It definitely started slow but I was excited to finish.
