The leader is the cat who is in charge of the clan. When they are made leader they are given a new name including moon[For example ~ Rainclaw would become Rainmoon; Fishpelt would become Fishmoon].
2. Healer ~
The healers heal the wounded in the clan and train the young cats that are meant to follow their paw steps.
Every night, on the first night the moons is a new moon the Healers from each clan goes to the 'Moon Hollow' that is a ravine contain the remains of what is said to be the first ever 'Moonstone' the original clan cats used. These cats use this stone to communicate with their ancestors 'MoonClan'.
3. Deputy ~
The deputy is appointed by the leader as his/her replacement after the current leader retires or dies. This cat is in charge of organizing the clans patrols and making sure any problems are reported to the clans leader.
4. Warrior ~
The warriors are the hunters and fighters of the clan(the leader and deputy are also 'warriors' but, they have ranks in leading as well as fighting and hunting). The warriors are allowed to have mates and kits.
5. Queen ~
A queen is a she-cat that is expecting kits.
6. Apprentice ~
An apprentice is a training cat that is training to become a warrior or healer. These cats train for about 6 moons before getting their next rank.
7. Kit ~
The kits are the center and most prized possession in a clan. The kits are the clans next generations of warriors and healers.
8. Elder ~
The Elders are the older cats who have worked hard for their clan and are now retired. These cats are treated with respect by their clan until they die.
