Are you going to choose middle grade or young adult for this prompt? What book?

Leanne Olson (leanneolson) | 69 comments Love YA books and am trying to read more YA horror. I just started Harrow Lake by Kat Ellis and it's quite fun so far.

Dana | 4 comments I'm going with YA, either The Project by Courtney Summers or Small Favors by Erin A. Craig, which is giving me major Needful Things vibes.

Heard about these both on the podcast, and both are 2021 releases. I plan to read both, just not sure which task I'll count each one for yet!

The Project was great! Wonderful characters and a nice creepy cult.

Whitney | 118 comments I read Cemetery Boysby Aiden Thomas. It fit this category as well as trans, new to me, BIPOC and latinX. Since I don't read a lot of YA, I'm putting it here.

Highly recommended, a unique voice and an excellent story.
