I am working on further developing my career in Real Estate and I hope to buy my first investment property this year!

Cool, I tried journaling last year but unfortunately I forget to write daily.

I am not an author by trade, but it is a part time job that I enjoy a great deal. Having gone through the difficulties of getting published and seeing how difficult it is for new authors, I would love to be a resource for them. It can get very discouraging, and even if I can provide little helpful things to keep new authors motivated, I would be honored to be put in a role like that. It troubles me how many great stories will never get the proper attention, because there is a lack of guidance for new authors and I'd just love to help!
